Common questions
How does the 1% fee actually work?
We charge the higher of your monthly base or 1% of the card payments you process through us. For Team: if you run $5K in card jobs, 1% = $50, so you pay $50 (not $25). If you run $2K, 1% = $20, so you pay the $25 base. If you run $30K, 1% = $300 — but we cap it at $250, so you pay $250. Cash and check jobs are never counted.
What counts as a 'card payment'?
Only jobs paid through our Stripe Connect integration. Cash, check, or invoices you collect outside the app don't count toward your 1%.
I only do 3–4 refelt jobs a month. Is Solo right for me?
Yes. Solo is free and there's no subscription. If you run $4K in card jobs, you pay $40. If your shop is mostly cash and check, you might pay nothing.
What happens when I use up my 100 free texts?
You can buy top-up packs: 100 texts for $5, 500 for $20, or 2,000 for $50. Credits never expire. You can also turn on auto-refill so we buy a 500-pack automatically when you get low.
Can I move from Solo to Team later?
Yes — upgrade anytime. No data migration needed. Your jobs, customers, and photos all stay.
Do you work for non-billiards businesses?
