We don't sell your personal information. We do share data with service providers (Stripe, Twilio, Resend, Google Cloud, Supabase, Vercel, Sentry) who power Billiard CRM — they are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

As a California resident you have the right to:

• Right to Know: The categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected about you in the past 12 months, including sources, business purpose, and third parties with whom it was shared.
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (legal retention requirements, active transactions, etc.).
• Right to Correct: Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, but you may still submit a request using the form below or by emailing steve@goldenwestgames.com.
• Right to Limit Sensitive Personal Information: We do not use sensitive personal information (as defined under CPRA) for purposes beyond delivering the service.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
